In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating hospital information systems (HIS), electronic medical records (EMR), and other data management platforms. You will monitor the daily operations of MIS systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Additionally, you will be expected to generate, analyze, and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support hospital administration and clinical departments. Your key responsibilities will include: - Training and supporting staff on the use of HIS, EMR, and related software - Troubleshooting user-reported issues and coordinating with vendors or IT support as needed - Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) - Developing and implementing data management and quality assurance protocols - Assisting in software implementation, upgrades, and testing - Collaborating with departments to understand data and reporting needs - Maintaining documentation and user manuals related to MIS As part of the benefits package, you will receive cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
