Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Conversion: Convert leads into final sales by making cold calls to potential clients. 2. Franchisee Engagement: Build rapport with vendors, understand their needs, and promote our FMCG products. 3. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our FMCG products, including features, benefits, applications etc. 4. Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to vendors, highlighting the value proposition of our products. 5. Objection Handling: Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. 6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales conversions, and lead follow-ups. 7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to share feedback on the leads provided. Requirements/Qualifications: 1. Education: 12th & above. 2. Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in BPO sector (Fresher’s can apply). 3. Skills: Communication skills, Soft Spoken, Patient & Persuasion skills.
