The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the company's supply chain operations & ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods & services. This role involves developing procurement strategies, negotiating with vendors, managing supplier relationships & ensuring timely availability of quality materials while complying with company policies & industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop & implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost efficiency & quality. Identify, evaluate & select reliable suppliers to secure the best value. Negotiate contracts, terms & pricing with suppliers & vendors. Monitor & track procurement activities, ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Production etc.) to align procurement needs wit business goals. Oversee inventory levels & ensure timely availability of required goods & services. Prepare reports on procurement performance, budgets & forecasts. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical & sustainability standards in procurement practices.
