We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, handling customer inquiries, and promoting our stainless steel tanks to generate leads and support sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce Durawot stainless steel tanks. Explain product features, benefits, and applications in a clear and persuasive manner. Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information. Maintain and update the customer database (CRM/Excel). Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets. Collect feedback from clients and report market insights to the management team.
