Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain management information systems (MIS) and dashboards. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for various departments. Analyze data and generate insights to support business decision-making. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reports and systems. Coordinate with different teams to understand reporting requirements. Automate reports and optimize data processing using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc. Assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures for reporting. Manage data entry and database updates to ensure consistency. Perform data validation and troubleshoot discrepancies. Provide support to internal teams on MIS tools and reporting processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field. 3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros). Experience with SQL, MS Access, Power BI, or other BI tools is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
