MIS Executive

Position Overview

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive in the Examination Department is responsible for managing, maintaining, and analyzing examination-related data. The role involves ensuring accuracy, timely reporting, and smooth coordination of examination processes with the help of MIS tools and software.

• Data Management
• Maintain and update examination records in the university ERP/MIS system.
• Generate hall tickets, seating plans, attendance sheets, and mark sheets.
• Ensure accuracy of student registration, subject mapping, and examination schedules.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to exams.
• Track and analyze exam results, pass percentage, backlog status, and other academic trends.
• Share MIS reports with the Controller of Examination (CoE), departments, and higher management.
• Examination Support
• Assist in pre-examination (time-table, admit card, seating plan) and post-examination (result processing, grade sheets) activities.
• Coordinate with IT, academic, and examination staff for data flow and corrections.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of examination data.
• System & Process Improvement
• Automate reports and improve existing MIS formats for efficiency.
• Support digital examination processes (online assessments, OMR evaluation, etc.).
• Provide training to staff on using examination MIS modules.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
