MIS Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and organized MIS Executive to support the management team. The candidate must have prior experience in managing follow-ups, task tracking, and reporting. The main responsibility will be to:

• Take regular follow-ups on tasks assigned to team members
• Ensure timely completion of work
• Prepare and maintain reports for management review

This role requires someone disciplined, detail-oriented, and skilled in coordination.

Key Responsibilities (Must Have Handled in Previous Roles):

• Regular follow-up on assigned tasks and monitoring completion status.
• Preparing MIS reports and sharing timely updates with management.
• Communicating management instructions to staff and ensuring execution.
• Tracking delays, identifying pending tasks, and escalating issues if required.
• Handling data management, record keeping, and reporting using MS Excel/Google Sheets/ERP.
• Coordinating between different departments for smooth operations.
• Managing follow-up calls, emails, and meetings to track progress

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any discipline with strong computer skills).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience, specifically in task follow-ups, MIS reporting, and coordination.
• Strong command of MS Excel, MS Office, Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal in English and Hindi).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accountability of tasks.
