Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
Create and automate reports using Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, VBA).
Design and publish interactive Power BI dashboards for management.
Collect, analyze, and validate data across multiple departments.
Track and monitor KPIs, highlight variances, and prepare business performance reports.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting.
Support ad-hoc analysis and special business projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
Key Skills & Competencies
Advanced Excel (mandatory) – complex formulas, pivoting, macros, VBA.
Power BI (mandatory) – dashboard creation, DAX functions, data modeling.
SQL or database knowledge (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle large datasets.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
