Job Description:

Nimbarka Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a growing organization committed to delivering excellence through innovation and efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive MIS Executive to join our team and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and maintain company data across different departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as per management requirements.
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring tools.
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of databases and records.
Assist in data audits, verification, and report reconciliation.
Coordinate with teams to gather inputs for business analysis and reporting.
Generate insights from data to support strategic and operational decisions.
Handle ad-hoc reporting requirements from management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / IT or related field.
1–3 years of experience in MIS, Data Analysis, or Reporting role.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.) and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of database management and reporting tools is an added advantage.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
