daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
on time.
Work on
advanced Excel tools
like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, and basic VBA/Macros.
Collect, verify, and consolidate data from
different departments
such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR.
Build and maintain
dashboards, trackers, and performance monitoring sheets
.
Analyze data to provide
trend analysis, variance analysis, and key insights
for management.
Automate regular reports to
improve accuracy and save time
.
Support management with
ad-hoc reports and presentations
when required.
Maintain
historical data and records
for audit and future reference.

Required Skills & Competencies

Advanced Excel proficiency
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA Macros).
Strong knowledge of
data cleaning, consolidation, and validation techniques

Hands-on experience with
data visualization
(Excel charts, Power BI/other BI tools preferred).
Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and ability to work with
large volumes of data
