MIS Executive

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive MIS Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will manage data efficiently, support daily office activities, and prepare insightful MIS reports to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Data Management: Accurately enter, organize, and maintain data in the company’s systems.
• Operational Support: Ensure the smooth execution of daily office activities and operational processes.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing protocols and identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
• MIS Reporting: Create and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Generate customized reports as per business requirements.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with various business units to support their data and operational needs.
• Research: Conduct additional research to address specific business queries and support decision-making.
• Order Processing: Monitor and oversee daily order processing and ensure the timely dispatch of goods.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to dispatch, stock transfers, receiving, and new procurement activities.

Required Skills:

• 
  Proficiency in MS Office with advanced expertise in MS Excel.
• Technical skills in data processing and data mining tools.
• Strong logical thinking and understanding of operational workflows.
• Ability to handle in-depth data analysis and fulfil reporting requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

Experience and Qualification:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MIS reporting and data management.
• Qualification: Any Graduate
