Job Description

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing data, preparing accurate reports, analysing performance gaps, and supporting management with actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using Advanced Excel.
Analyse data trends, identify gaps, and highlight improvement areas for management.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across departments.
Develop dashboards and presentations for business reviews.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, validate, and consolidate data.
Support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
Maintain proper documentation and data management processes.

Skills & Competencies

Graduate with strong analytical and execution skills.
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
(Telugu speaking is an added advantage).
Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Macros preferred).
Experience in data management, reporting, and presentation.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tools or processes.
Knowledge of
Python and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
is an added advantage.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
