Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive who will be responsible for managing company data, preparing reports, and supporting various departments with accurate information. The candidate will handle report consolidation, ensure data accuracy, and streamline reporting processes for better decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, compile, and maintain data from various departments (Sales, HR, Operations, Procurement, etc.).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
• Ensure all reports are centralized and properly stored for easy access.
• Analyze data trends and highlight key insights for management review.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather accurate information on time.
• Track team performance metrics and generate relevant reports.
• Assist in automating reports and improving data accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of company data.
• Support management in business analysis and process improvement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of data analysis tools or ERP software will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
• Experience in reporting and data management (preferably in FMCG/Ayurveda industry).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
