MIS Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior MIS Executive to join our BMP department. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Google Apps Script and JavaScript, and be capable of designing automated reporting systems, dashboards, and operational tools using Google Sheets and other cloud-based tools. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership ability to guide a small team and ensure timely and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain customised MIS tools and dashboards using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and JavaScript.
* Create automated workflows and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.* Collect, process, and analyse operational and performance data across departments to generate actionable insights.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports.* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all MIS systems.* Lead a team of 4-5 team members, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship and support.* Identify opportunities for automation and digitisation within business processes and design solutions accordingly.* Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for decision-making.* Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and regular system audits to ensure functionality and reliability.* Train end users and team members on newly developed tools and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
* 2-5 years of experience in MIS.* Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and advanced Google Sheets functions.
* Experience in data visualisation and dashboard creation using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar tools is a plus.* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.* Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
