Job Overview:
The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and managing data to generate reports that support business decision-making. This role involves maintaining and updating management information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and providing timely insights to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate accurate and timely MIS reports.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reports.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized reports.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights from data to assist management in decision-making.
• Automate regular reports and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Maintain databases and troubleshoot any data-related issues.
• Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• Proven experience as an MIS Executive, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
• Experience with database management and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills to handle multiple reports and deadlines.
• Knowledge of data visualization techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
