MIS Executive

Job Title: MIS Executive – Hub Operations
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive for Hub Operations is responsible for managing and analyzing data related to hub activities, ensuring efficient reporting, and supporting operational decision-making. This role involves generating reports, maintaining databases, and optimizing workflows to improve hub performance.

Key Responsibilities:1. Data Management & Reporting:

• Collect, manage, and analyze operational data from the hub.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on hub performance, inventory, logistics, and workforce productivity.
• Develop dashboards and automated reporting systems for real-time data access.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and databases.

2. System & Process Optimization:

• Work with different teams to improve data management and reporting processes.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
• Assist in implementing technology-driven solutions for better hub management.

3. Coordination & Communication:

• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure smooth data flow.
• Provide data insights to management for operational improvements.
• Act as a bridge between IT and operations teams for system enhancements.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain records of transactions, inventory, and other hub-related data.
• Support audits by providing necessary data and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• Experience: 0-1 years in MIS, Data Analysis, or a similar role, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Preferred: Experience in handling large datasets and working with analytics tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
