Job Description

Salary up to 20k

location: Jalandhar

Minimum 1 year in MIS

Immediate Joiner

excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and generate useful business insights.
Prepare dashboards, performance trackers, and summary reports for various departments.
Automate reporting processes using Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros, and other tools.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and ensure accuracy and completeness.
Troubleshoot reporting issues and suggest process improvements.
Assist in preparing presentations and performance review reports for management.
Ensure data security and maintain backup of reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Charts, etc.)
Experience with
Google Sheets
and other reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau – a plus)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and documentation abilities
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate in B.Com/B.Sc/BBA/BCA or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis roles
Familiarity with ERP systems or CRM tools (Zoho, SAP, etc.) is an advantage
