Location: Dhulagarh, West Bengal
Salary: ₹40,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive with strong analytical abilities to manage data, prepare reports, and support business operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools, along with excellent reporting and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, update, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel formulas, macros, and Google Sheets functions.
• Create and manage dashboards in Excel or Google Sheets for real-time tracking of business metrics.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to gather accurate data and ensure timely reporting.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity in MIS systems.
• Support management with ad-hoc analysis and special data/reporting requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Graduate in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Macros, etc.).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, dashboards, data sharing, automation).
• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
