We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Excel Dashboards, and strong analytical abilities. A good basic IQ and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the management
Work extensively with Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.
Design and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making
Analyze large data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights
Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile relevant data
Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all MIS reports
Assist management in data-driven decision-making with accurate reporting

Key Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)
Good command over basic formulas and advanced Excel functions
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Familiarity with Google Sheets or any BI tool is a plus (optional)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Science/Engineering preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in MIS/Data Reporting role
IQ & Logical Skills: Candidate should have good aptitude and reasoning ability
