MIS Executive

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MIS Executive to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Excel Dashboards, and strong analytical abilities. A good basic IQ and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly reports as required by the management
• Work extensively with Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.
• Design and maintain dashboards for performance monitoring and decision-making
• Analyze large data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and actionable insights
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and compile relevant data
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all MIS reports
• Assist management in data-driven decision-making with accurate reporting

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Dashboards, etc.)
• Good command over basic formulas and advanced Excel functions
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with Google Sheets or any BI tool is a plus (optional)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Science/Engineering preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in MIS/Data Reporting role
• IQ & Logical Skills: Candidate should have good aptitude and reasoning ability
