Job Description

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Data Management Reporting

Maintain and update MIS reports in prescribed formats.
Organize and manage data and documentation in designated folders and systems.
Maintain proper and accurate
site data with proper coordination
among concerned teams.

Follow-up Coordination

Maintain and update databases related to operations and reporting.
Ensure proper follow-up and coordination with internal teams for data accuracy and timely updates.
Support operations through effective MIS handling and reporting.

Record Maintenance

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reports, site data, and operational information.

Administrative Support

Draft and process official documents and correspondence as required.

Interdepartmental Coordination

Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless information flow and data consistency.

Additional Duties

Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Participate in site visits as per company requirements.

Preferred Qualifications Skills

B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong letter drafting and documentation skills.
Good organizational and communication abilities.
Experience in the
Power Distribution sector
will be an added advantage.
