Job description:-
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Create dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
Maintain and update databases and ensure data accuracy.
Automate reports using advanced Excel formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
Coordinate with different teams to gather and validate data.
Track KPIs, productivity, performance, and operational metrics.
Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies in data.
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data insights.
Ensure timely delivery of all MIS reports.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.)
Experience with Power BI/Tableau (optional but preferred)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of SQL (added advantage)
Good communication and coordination skills
Accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field
2-5 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles (Fresher with strong skills can also apply)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
