Site Engineer / Project Coordinator / Senior Site Engineer

Key Roles Responsibilities

Project Execution Site Supervision

• Oversee end-to-end execution of electrical power distribution projects.
• Supervise erection and installation works as per approved drawings, standards, and BOQs.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety norms, and timelines.

Technical Commercial Management

• Overall technical and commercial supervision of electrical project execution.
• Monitor progress, control costs, and ensure quality standards are met.

Power Distribution Works

• Handle and supervise works related to:
  • Feeder Segregation
  • 11 KV 33 KV systems
  • 400 KV GSS
• Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of distribution infrastructure.

Measurement Billing

• Carry out erection work measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
• Verify contractor bills based on executed quantities and BOQ.
• Assist in billing and client submission processes.

BOQ Documentation

• Prepare, review, and manage BOQ and project documentation.
• Maintain accurate technical reports, progress records, and correspondence.

Liaisoning Coordination

• Maintain strong liaison with government departments, utilities, clients, consultants, and local authorities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth execution of site activities.
• Attend site meetings and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.

Reporting Communication

• Provide regular progress updates and technical reports to senior management.
• Support in resolving on-site technical issues and operational challenges.

Preferred Qualifications Skills

• B.Tech or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Proven experience in the Power Distribution sector.
• Expertise in:
  • Feeder Segregation works
  • 11 KV 33 KV networks
  • 400 KV GSS projects
  • Electrical project execution and supervision
• Experience in:
  • Erection measurement, billing, and BOQ management
  • Technical commercial project control

• Good liaisoning skills with clients, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong letter drafting and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
