Job Description

Data collection and consolidation — Gather data from various departments (finance, sales, inventory, operations, HR, etc.) and maintain a centralized MIS database for reporting and analysis.
MIS report generation and dashboarding — Produce regular (daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly) management reports, KPI dashboards, trend-analysis, business-performance summaries, working-capital status, inventory, sales, etc., to help management decision-making.
Maintain systems and ensure MIS integrity — Ensure that information systems (databases, MIS/ERP tools, IT networks) are functioning properly, secure, updated, and that data integrity/privacy is maintained.
Support business-process improvement — Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in business or operational processes, and suggest improvements or automation via MIS to enhance efficiency.
Internal audit & compliance assessments — Plan and conduct internal audits of processes (financial, operational, MIS-related), evaluate internal controls, governance, compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Audit-reporting and recommendations — Prepare audit reports summarizing findings (gaps, weaknesses, risks), give actionable recommendations for corrections/improvements, and present to management for decision making.
Support financial and accounting activities — Assist in bookkeeping/record-keeping tasks, ensure that accounting and financial data (ledgers, statements) are accurate, reconciled and MIS data aligns with financial records — helping prepare for statutory/internal audits or financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
