🛠️ Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to management Automate reporting processes using Advance Excel, BI tools Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements Monitor KPIs and prepare dashboards for performance tracking Support audits and compliance reporting as needed 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree , IT, Statistics, or related field 1–3 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) Working knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities
