Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical MIS Executive (fresher or early-career professional) to help design, automate, and manage data systems and reporting tools. The candidate will work on dashboards, automation systems, and project monitoring sheets across departments like Operations, Finance, HR, and Procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain MIS sheets and trackers for various departments.
• Automate reports using Google Sheets, AppSheet, and AppScript.
• Create interactive dashboards and visual reports.
• Coordinate with department heads to gather and present data.
• Maintain data accuracy and security across systems.
• Support in process digitization and workflow automation initiatives.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (AppSheet, AppScript, Forms, Drive).
• Basic understanding of data analysis and process reporting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work in a structured environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Commerce, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in MIS, data management, or process automation (freshers welcome).
• Knowledge of Google AppSheet or AppScript will be an added advantage.
