Job Description

Job Summary:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting operational data to support management in decision-making. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to hospital operations, patient services, and other key performance metrics using advanced Excel tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain MIS reports for various departments such as OPD, IPD, Pharmacy, Billing, and HR.
Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and performance improvement opportunities.
Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to management.
Develop dashboards and automate reports using Advanced Excel functions.
Perform V-Lookup, H-Lookup, and S-Lookup operations for data reconciliation and cross-referencing.
Coordinate with different departments to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Support management in planning, budgeting, and performance review processes.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of hospital and patient information.

Key Skills Required:

Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, H-Lookup, S-Lookup, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Knowledge of hospital processes and software (HMS) will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
