Description
Ex-Army personnel with relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Oversee maintenance of all hospital infrastructure including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifts, and fire safety systems. Supervise and ensure efficiency in housekeeping, security, waste management, pest control, and other facility services. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely and quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as NABH, pollution control, fire safety, and biomedical waste management. Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, breakdown repairs, and upkeep of biomedical and utility equipment. Manage facility-related budgets, service contracts, and asset tracking. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards throughout the hospital premises. Support emergency preparedness and response, especially during facility-related incidents. Keep detailed records of inspections, licenses, certifications, and audit-related documentation. Qualifications & Experience: Graduate in Facility Management / Engineering / Hospital Administration or related field. 4–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility. Ex-Army (retired JCOs or officers) candidates will be given preference. Sound knowledge of hospital infrastructure, safety norms, and statutory compliance. Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
