Role Overview:We are looking for a Facility Incharge who will be responsible for managing day-to-day facility operations, monitoring inward and outward movement of goods, supervising staff activities, and ensuring discipline and order within the unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, a disciplined approach (like an army person), and the ability to keep the facility running smoothly at all times. Key Responsibilities:Gate & Facility Control: Monitor all inward and outward movement of materials, goods, and equipment. Supervision: Keep a close watch on all staff and workers to ensure they are performing their duties properly. Team Handling: Guide, direct, and maintain discipline among workers and support staff. Safety & Security: Ensure the facility remains safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times. Reporting: Maintain basic records of incoming and outgoing items, and report daily activities to management. Facility Upkeep: Check cleanliness, maintenance, and orderliness across the premises. Problem-Solving: Immediately address any irregularities, issues, or delays in operations. Skills & Qualities Required:Strong discipline and leadership qualities (army or security background preferred). Good observation and monitoring skills. Ability to manage people and enforce rules firmly but fairly. Basic record-keeping and reporting skills. Physically fit and active to move around the facility as required. Qualification & Experience:Minimum: Basic education (10th/12th pass). Preferred: Ex-serviceman (Army/Police/Defense background). Experience in facility handling, security, or supervision roles will be an advantage.
