MIS Executive

**Position:** MIS Executive **Department:** Operations / Reporting **Location:** [Add location] **Experience:** 1–4 Years **Employment Type:** Full-Time ### Role Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented **MIS Executive** with strong knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** to manage, analyze, and report data accurately. The role involves preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining databases, and supporting management with actionable insights. ### Key Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain **MIS reports** on daily, weekly, and monthly basis * Collect, compile, and analyze data from multiple departments * Ensure **data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting** * Create dashboards and summary reports for management review * Maintain records, trackers, and databases in Excel * Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and updates * Identify data discrepancies and resolve reporting issues * Support operational and management decision-making with insights ### Required Skills & Competencies * **Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel**, including: * VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP * Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts * IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, INDEX-MATCH * Data Validation & Conditional Formatting * Good understanding of **MIS concepts and reporting structures** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * High attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to handle large data sets efficiently * Good communication and coordination skills ### Preferred Qualifications * Graduate in Commerce / Management / Computer Applications or related field * Experience working with large datasets and multi-department reporting * Basic knowledge of Power BI / Google Sheets (added advantage) ### What We Offer * Growth opportunities in analytics and operations * Exposure to management-level reporting * Professional and collaborative work
