**Job Description (BDM – Call Center Projects)** We seek a proactive Business Development Manager to acquire inbound, outbound, chat, email, and support projects for our Bangalore call center. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building partnerships with BPO consultants, generating leads, pitching services, preparing proposals, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. The BDM will ensure smooth onboarding with operations and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong communication, BPO sales experience, and a target-driven mindset are required. **Workflow** Market Research → Prospecting → Lead Qualification → Client Pitch → Proposal & Pricing → Negotiation → Contract Finalization → Handover to Operations → Ongoing Account Management.
