MIS Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive to join our dynamic team with strong skills in Advanced Excel and report automation. The ideal candidate should be capable of analysing large datasets, generating business reports, and supporting management with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities :

Collect, analyse, and interpret data from multiple departments to generate actionable insights.

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on key business performance metrics.

Monitor the performance of MIS systems and ensure their smooth functioning.

Recommend and implement enhancements to existing systems to improve efficiency.

Ensure MIS operations are aligned with overall business goals and strategies.

Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Operations, and HR to fulfill their data needs.

Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive organizational data.

Keep detailed records of system updates, configurations, and changes.

Ability to manage large datasets and multiple reporting formats using Advanced Excel Formulas and conditional formatting for reporting and analysis.

Effective communication and coordination skills.

Maintain templates, trackers and automated MIS formats.

Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Maintain documentation, MIS logs and structured data records.

Skills Required:

Strong Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query etc. formulas).

Experience with ERP systems (Logic ERP, JewelSoft, SAP or similar).

Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools (preferred but not mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Statistics, IT, or a related field

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

Effective communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail, accuracy and data quality

Ability to meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
