MIS Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining management information systems that support business operations and decision-making processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and senior management to ensure timely and accurate reporting, improve business efficiency, and drive data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to support business operations and decision-making.
• Design and implement dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and deliver insights that support business growth and efficiency.
• Monitor data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to reduce manual efforts and improve accuracy.
• Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements using historical and real-time data.
• Work with IT to manage system updates, enhancements, and data integrations.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and MIS platforms.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data integration tools.
• Knowledge of business process workflows and process optimization methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
