MIS Analyst

As an MIS Analyst with 7-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in supporting data management, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives within a testing and analytical services environment. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for various internal departments such as lab operations, quality, finance, and sales. You will be analyzing data trends to provide actionable insights that support process improvement and performance tracking. Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and security of data from various business systems like LIMS, ERP, and CRM will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with IT, lab, and business teams to facilitate data-driven decision-making and the automation of recurring reports are essential tasks that you will undertake. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong command of Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools is required, and knowledge of LIMS, ERP, or CRM systems would be advantageous. Excellent data interpretation, problem-solving, and communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
