ASSISTANT MANAGER- ACCOUNTS & FINANCE We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our team in the Testing Analytics Industry . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing various accounting functions, including Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS), Cash Management Information Systems (MIS), Letter of Credit (LC), Balance Sheet preparation, Taxation, and Tax Entries. You will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Bank Reconciliation (BRS): Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies. Cash Management Information Systems (MIS): Manage and prepare detailed cash flow reports, tracking daily cash activities and maintaining cash records. Letter of Credit (LC): Handle the process related to Letters of Credit, including issuance, amendments, and settlement processes. Balance Sheet Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets and financial reports. Taxation: Handle tax-related tasks, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations. Tax Entries: Ensure accurate and timely recording of tax-related entries in accounting systems. Financial Reporting: Ensure all accounting records are accurately maintained and prepared for audits. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations. Compliance & Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards within the industry. Key Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the Testing Analytics or related industries. Strong experience in BRS , Cash MIS , LC , Balance Sheet preparation , and Taxation . Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of GST , TDS , and other relevant tax regulations. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various departments and external auditors. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
