HR Recruiter

Role Overview:

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage all recruitment-related activities from our Sector 54, Phase-2 office in Mohali. This is a full-time on-site role focused on hiring team members across departments including operations, marketing, sales, and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements from founders
• Draft and publish job descriptions across platforms
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and local networks
• Conduct initial screening interviews (offline/phone/video)
• Schedule in-person interviews with management
• Maintain and update candidate database and follow-ups
• Assist in onboarding selected candidates
• Ensure fast and efficient closure of hiring needs

Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
