As a Senior Compliance Consultant, you will support senior managers by drafting well-structured reports, reviewing junior analysts' work, and ensuring deliverables meet consulting-grade quality standards. You will oversee 2+ junior team members, manage workflow accuracy, prepare policy documents, and assist with risk assessments and regulatory summaries—all while working permanently from home in alignment with UAE business hours.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Policy Drafting
- Support in preparing SOPs, compliance manuals, AML and sanctions documents, and operational guidelines
- Convert regulatory research into clear, structured documentation using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ensure all deliverables align with GCC regulatory expectations and client formats
Quality Control & Reporting
- Review drafts prepared by junior analysts for accuracy, structure, clarity, and formatting
- Maintain internal trackers, quality logs, and workflow dashboards
- Deliver documents that meet consulting-level precision with error-free grammar and clean formatting
Team Coordination & Oversight
- Manage and mentor 2+ junior analysts involved in compliance documentation
- Allocate tasks, correct errors, and guide juniors to improve their writing and presentation standards
- Ensure all work is delivered on time according to UAE work schedules
Compliance Research & Risk Support
- Assist with risk assessment reports, gap analysis documents, and audit-related summaries
- Analyse and summarise regulatory updates across UAE/GCC regions (training provided)
- Create structured materials and presentations to support senior consultants
Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate professionally with the UAE-based leadership team via email and virtual meetings
- Provide timely updates on project progress and internal deliverables
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all outputs
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in audit, accounts, compliance, risk, or legal roles
- Strong English drafting skills with the ability to produce structured, error-free documents
- Proven capability to supervise and review the work of junior team members
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with strong formatting discipline
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in grammar, structure, and documentation standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple deadlines
- Consulting exposure, experience with compliance/audit documentation, or familiarity with AML concepts is a strong advantage
- Professional behaviour, ownership mindset, and the ability to work calmly under pressure
