We are hiring

Mid-level Stewards

to manage the cleanliness and smooth operations of our restaurant kitchen and service areas. The role involves hands-on support to the kitchen team, proper handling of utensils, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cleaning of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
  • Ensure efficient handling and storage of kitchen supplies and utensils
  • Maintain proper hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
  • Supervise junior stewarding staff and guide them in daily tasks
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock management
  • Support service staff during peak hours

Candidate Profile:

  • 1-3 years of experience in stewarding in a restaurant or hotel
  • Strong teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills and understanding of hygiene standards
