Job Description

We are hiring

Mid-level Stewards

to manage the cleanliness and smooth operations of our restaurant kitchen and service areas. The role involves hands-on support to the kitchen team, proper handling of utensils, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cleaning of kitchen, dining areas, and equipment
Ensure efficient handling and storage of kitchen supplies and utensils
Maintain proper hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
Supervise junior stewarding staff and guide them in daily tasks
Assist in inventory checks and stock management
Support service staff during peak hours

Candidate Profile:

1-3 years of experience in stewarding in a restaurant or hotel
Strong teamwork, responsibility, and attention to detail
Good communication skills and understanding of hygiene standards
