Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining Source Code Lab as a Mid-Level Sales & Business Development Manager in Ahmedabad, India. Your role will involve driving revenue growth, establishing new partnerships, and expanding the company's market presence, particularly within the iGaming or IT sectors. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered. - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify new opportunities. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Qualification Required: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role. - Proven success in a B2B sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. - Strong understanding of either the iGaming or IT industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
