Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Microsoft Dynamics Consultant role located in Pune. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes and providing technical and functional solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. Day-to-day tasks include gathering user requirements, implementing ERP and CRM solutions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal system performance. The consultant will work closely with clients to deliver tailored enterprise applications that meet their business goals while collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Business Process Understanding
• Experience in Consulting with extensive knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and implementation
• Ability to evaluate and improve workflows for operational efficiency
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields like Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
• Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics preferred
