Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant located in Thane. The consultant will be responsible for configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business processes, consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing training and support, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The role requires effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Experience :

Required skills and Qualifications

·        2 to 4 years’ experience deploying Line of Business (CRM) solutions, including direct interaction with end-users and IT implementation teams.

·        Proven technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.

·        Hands-on experience in: Plug-in development, JavaScript scripting, REST, SOAP, and web services integration

·        Strong understanding of CRM Sales and Service processes.

·        Ability to design and implement data migration, workflows, and integrations.

·        Knowledge of CRM domain expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

·        Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification is an advantage.

·        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment as well as independently.
