We obsess about our customers We build outstanding technical solutions We create an awesome culture We accelerate learning and careers As a Microsoft 365 consultant with expertise in Microsoft Teams Phone, you will be part of a high-performing team dedicated to ensuring the successful Migration of client s environment to Microsoft 365. In this role, you will focus on administration, troubleshooting and migration of Microsoft 365 workloads, and leading the migration of a hosted system to MS Teams Phone. Our team is committed to helping you reach your full potential while working with cutting-edge technologies on exciting and challenging projects. Responsibilities: Migrate hosted phone system to Teams Phone System. Port business phone number to Teams Phone. Configure and manage Teams Phone System, including call routing, auto-attendants, hunt groups, call queues and advanced call routing features. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Teams telephony, call quality, and device issues. Manage user accounts, phone numbers, and licensing for telephony services. Monitor system performance using tools like Call Quality Dashboard and addressing any voice/video issues. Real time and historical reporting integration with PowerBI for call queue, answer time, wait time, call duration. Must Haves: 1-2 years of experience focused on MS Teams telephony administration Expertise in Teams Phone System configuration. Experience planning and migrating phone systems to Microsoft
