Design, code, and maintain automated scripts, functions, and libraries to streamline testing processes and reduce manual tasks. Collaborate with development and database teams to troubleshoot complex technical or end-user scenarios. Generate suitable test data to validate critical requirements and business rules, exposing regressive defects. Test REST APIs with JSON/XML data using tools such as Swagger, Postman, and/or SoapUI. Plan, drive, and develop automation frameworks while building smoke and regression suites. Utilize exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to prepare release notes and end-user documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing. Proficiency in at least one programming language,
