Role Overview We’re seeking a Microservices Backend Developer to build and optimize services across product management, orders, payments and seller dashboards. You’ll work on designing scalable APIs, securing microservices and driving high-performance backend operations. Key Responsibilities Architect, develop and maintain microservices for core functions: product catalogues, orders, payments, inventory and seller dashboards. Build and secure RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using best practices (authentication, rate limiting, error handling). Design and implement multi-tenant architecture, ensuring data privacy and isolation for each seller. Integrate with external systems including payment gateways, shipment services, ERP tools and analytics platforms. Use message-driven design (RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS) for asynchronous processing and scalability. Deploy and monitor containerized services using Docker, Kubernetes and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Optimize service performance, manage high availability and conduct fault-tolerance testing. Collaborate closely with front-end, mobile, QA and DevOps teams to streamline delivery. Required Qualifications 1+ years experience in backend development using Node.js, Java (Spring Boot), Go, or .NET Core. Solid understanding of microservices and distributed architecture. Hands-on experience with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL/real-time data stores (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Proficient in API security mechanisms, especially JWT and OAuth2, as well as API Gateway configuration. Skilled in containerization tools (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or AWS SQS/SNS. Strong debugging, performance tuning and problem-solving skills. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Knowledge of event-driven or domain-driven design. Familiarity with search and indexing tools (e.g., Elasticsearch). Past work on high-traffic online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Flipkart).   ⚠️ Note: Only candidates based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad) are eligible to apply.
