Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain and update the Quality Control (QC) tracker to accurately reflect product quality data and metrics. Ensure timely and precise recording of quality issues, test results, and corrective actions. Coordinate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality. Assist in creating, revising, and maintaining quality process documents, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements relevant to personal care products Prepare and present detailed reports on quality performance, including trends, issues, and improvement actions to management. Qualifications : 3-5 years of experience. Btech, Bsc, Msc in any specialisation is preferred Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficiency in using quality control tools, software, and tracking systems. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle multiple priorities. Role & responsibilities To ensure the clean environment for sterile preparation by implementing the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) norms as per the international standards and guidelines. To do sampling of Water for Injection (WFI), Double Reverse Osmosis (DRO), Single Reverse Osmosis (SRO), Raw water and pure steam. To analyze water samples for pH, conductivity, Bacterial Endotoxin Test (BET), bioburden, Total Organic Carbon (TOC), pathogens, chlorides, hardness, silt density index and other testing as per the requirements. To analyze the samples of water system after maintenance work. To observe and record the results the microbiological plates and test tubes after analysis as well as supervise discarding method of same. To perform the timely microbiological testing of finished product samples, pre-sterile samples, Raw material as well as Packing material sample as per the requirements and SOPs and record the results for the same. Preferred candidate profile Ready to work in Rotational shifts. Excellent understanding about working area. Initiator and Learner. Decision making ability. Team player and if required, can provide training to other team members. Good communication. Candidate should have good exposure in sterility, BET, & MLT. Candidates with exposure in Parenteral/Injectable will only be considered. Male Candidates would be preferred. Microbial Testing and Analysis Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products to detect and measure pathogens, spoilage organisms, and other microorganisms. Interpret and analyze test results to identify risks and ensure products meet quality and safety standards. Food Safety Compliance Implement and monitor HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to maintain compliance with food safety regulations. Ensure the facility meets USDA, FDA, FSIS, and other regulatory standards specific to meat processing. Environmental Monitoring Conduct routine environmental sampling to monitor microbial contamination in processing, storage, and handling areas. Investigate microbial findings in the environment and implement control measures to mitigate contamination risks. Data Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of test results, corrective actions, and safety protocols in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed reports on testing outcomes and present findings to management for decision-making. Quality Assurance Collaboration Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to develop and improve quality control procedures. Participate in the evaluation of incoming raw materials and finished products to identify and mitigate microbial risks. Investigate and Troubleshoot Contamination Issues Identify contamination sources, determine root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions. Develop and test methods to control and prevent future microbial contamination in the facility. Laboratory Equipment Maintenance Ensure that all lab equipment is calibrated, maintained, and operated according to standard protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and maintain cleanliness and safety in the lab environment. Continuous Improvement and Training Stay current with advancements in microbiological methods, technologies, and regulatory changes in the meat industry. Train other staff members on food safety, microbial hazards, and best practices in contamination control. Risk Assessment and Preventive Actions Conduct risk assessments to identify potential microbial hazards within the production process. Implement preventive measures based on microbial data and safety analyses to improve overall product safety and quality. Cross-Functional Team Support Collaborate with production, packaging, and storage teams to ensure food safety practices are adhered to across departments. Provide guidance and support to non-lab staff regarding microbiological safety standards and sanitation practices.
