Job Description: As a member of the Quality & Food Safety team at Fair Export India Pvt. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor product and by-product quality for Tallow & MBM export - Conduct pH & temperature monitoring - Perform daily microbiological testing - Manage country-wise health certificates - Conduct plant visits for food safety compliance audits including ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and GMP - Maintain records according to international standards Qualification Required: - Candidates with 5+ years of experience in food safety audits, export documentation, microbiological testing, and compliance implementation in the food/meat industry are encouraged to apply.
