Executive/ Sr. Executive - Quality Assurance

As a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of our products with company and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards and procedures at all production and testing stages. - Performing both routine and non-routine microbiological and analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet specifications. - Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation for all testing, validation, and quality control activities following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Supporting internal and external audits to ensure QA/QC processes align with regulatory standards such as ISO, FDA, WHO, and GMP. You will also assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Overseeing the calibration, qualification, and validation of laboratory instruments and production equipment to guarantee reliable and precise performance. - Collaborating with Production, R&D, and Regulatory teams to address quality issues, implement improvements, and foster a culture of continuous quality enhancement.
