Junior Quality Executive

As a Junior Quality Assurance/Control Executive at our production facility in Bahadurgarh, your role will involve ensuring product quality, maintaining hygiene standards, and assisting in the implementation of food safety protocols. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting routine quality checks during production and packaging. - Ensuring compliance with FSSAI and internal quality standards. - Monitoring hygiene and sanitation practices in production areas. - Collecting and analyzing samples for microbiological and chemical testing. - Maintaining accurate records of inspections, deviations, and corrective actions. - Supporting the QA team in audits and documentation work. Qualifications required for this role include: - Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Technology or related discipline. - Experience: Freshers preferred; candidates with internship or up to 1 year of experience in QA or food processing will have an added advantage. - Gender: Male candidates only. - Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Bahadurgarh will be given priority.
