Job Description

Role Overview: You are required to join a reputed diagnostic centre in Delhi as an experienced and qualified MD Microbiology. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and performing microbiological testing, ensuring quality control, and providing accurate diagnostic reports to clinicians. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct and supervise microbiological tests on clinical specimens (bacterial, fungal, viral, and parasitic). - Ensure compliance with standard laboratory protocols and quality assurance practices. - Provide timely and accurate reports to clinicians and support clinical decision-making. - Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment as per regulatory standards. - Train and guide junior staff/technicians as required. - Liaise with hospital/clinic departments for infection control and surveillance activities. Qualification Required: - MD in Microbiology from a recognized university. - 1-3 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic centre or hospital laboratory. - Good knowledge of NABL/ISO quality standards. - Strong analytical and communication skills. - Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.,
