Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microbiologist, located in Kashipur. The Microbiologist will be responsible for conducting microbiological testing, maintaining laboratory equipment, ensuring quality control, and implementing quality assurance protocols. The role includes performing laboratory experiments, analyzing results, and contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality dehydrated food products in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, including conducting experiments and maintaining accurate records
• Experience with Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes in food production
• Knowledge of and familiarity with Microbiology techniques and principles
• Strong ability to operate and maintain Laboratory Equipment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Food Science, or a related field
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP) is a plus
